The helical rotor pump;single-screw pump;mono pump belongs to a rotor type volume pump, which transfers liquid by intermeshing screw and bushing in the suction chamber and discharge chamber to produce volume change. It is a closed screw pump with internal engagement. Its main working parts are bushing (stator) with double helical cavity and single helical screw (rotor) which engages with it in the stator cavity. When the input shaft is driven by a universal joint to rotate the rotor around the stator center planetary, the stator-rotor pairs engage continuously to form sealing chambers. The volume of these sealing chambers moves uniformly in the axial direction. The conveying medium is conveyed from the suction end through the stator-rotor pair to the extrusion end, and the medium in the suction closed chamber flows through the stator but not through the extrusion end.
